Please only use our services if you agree with all the terms and conditions and consider them binding upon yourself. This document will not be filed; it is concluded solely in electronic form (it does not qualify as a written contract) and does not refer to any code of conduct.

Basic provisions

1.1. Any issues not regulated in this Regulation and the interpretation of this Regulation shall be governed by Hungarian law. The mandatory provisions of the relevant laws apply to the parties without any specific stipulation.

1.2. The Service Provider reserves all rights regarding the website, any part of it, and the content displayed on it, as well as the distribution of the website. Downloading, electronic storage, processing, or sale of the content or any part of it appearing on the website without the Service Provider’s written consent is prohibited.

1.3. The webshop and all copyright works are protected by copyright. Copying, distributing, transmitting, or selling them is prohibited.

1.4. Availability

The range of products and services available for purchase is constantly available, given that they are online products. The displayed products are online products. The prices of the products do not include VAT as our company is VAT exempt. They do not include delivery charges (as there is no need for delivery).

1.7. The Service Provider details the name, description, and photos of the products in the webshop. The images displayed on the product data sheet may differ from reality and, in some cases, are for illustration purposes only.

1.8. If a promotional price is introduced, the Service Provider will fully inform Users about the duration of the promotion.

Order Process

1.9. The detailed description of the order process, from logging in to placing the product in the cart, is communicated interactively on our website. The displayed products can be purchased online. To initiate the purchase of the desired product, click the “GET INSTANT ACCESS” button on the product page. Then, on the checkout page, provide billing information, select the payment method, and accept the Terms and Conditions.

1.10. Our system also highlights the options for correcting data entry errors (e.g., adding or removing products, checking prices, etc.).

1.11. Payment options and delivery methods:

– Online payment by bank and credit card: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro
– Apple Pay / Google Pay

1.12. The service provider’s webshop is obliged to confirm the receipt of the user’s order electronically without delay. If this confirmation does not arrive within the expected timeframe, but no later than 168 hours from the time the order was sent by the user, the user is released from the contractual obligation or offer. The order and its confirmation are considered to have been received by the service provider and the user when it becomes accessible to them. The parties may deviate from these rules if they have agreed to do so.

We can only consider a purchase accepted if the Customer fully completes the fields on the order page. The Service Provider is not responsible for damages resulting from incomplete information or technical issues during the process.

Processing and Fulfillment of Orders

1.13. When orders are processed: for online products, immediately after payment.

1.15. If the Service Provider cannot fulfill its contractual obligation because the specified product is not available, it must inform the User immediately and refund the amount paid by the User without delay, but no later than within thirty days. This obligation does not relieve the Service Provider from other consequences of contract breach.

1.16. Payment by credit card is handled by Stripe. In case of unsuccessful payment, the webshop will be notified of the purchase attempt, and we will try to contact the customer the same day to ensure a smooth transaction by offering the appropriate payment method.

1.17. The buyer agrees that the following personal data stored in the teachyourbunny.com user database will be transferred to Stripe as the data processor: last name, first name, country, phone number, email address. The purpose of data transfer: customer service assistance, transaction confirmation, and fraud monitoring.

Right of Withdrawal

The provisions here apply exclusively to consumers as defined by the Civil Code.

The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal or termination without justification

– for a product,
– if multiple products are purchased and the services are provided at different times,

the right of withdrawal applies to the last product delivered,

– for a product consisting of multiple items or pieces, the right of withdrawal applies to the last item or piece delivered,
– if the product is to be provided regularly within a specified period, the right of withdrawal applies from the day the consumer or a third party other than the carrier takes possession of the first product within the specified period.

The consumer may also exercise the right of withdrawal between the conclusion of the contract and the receipt of the product.

In the case of a product not prefabricated that was manufactured according to the consumer’s instructions or at the consumer’s express request, or for a product clearly tailored to the consumer, and for certain products specified in Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the Buyer.

a. Procedure for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

If the Buyer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, they must send a clear statement of their intention to withdraw to the Seller via one of the contact methods provided in the Terms and Conditions. The Buyer is deemed to have exercised their right of withdrawal within the deadline if they send their withdrawal statement before the expiry of the specified period. The Buyer is responsible for proving that the right of withdrawal has been exercised within the deadline. The withdrawal statement is considered valid if it is posted, sent via email, or otherwise delivered on the last day of the 14-day period.

In the event of withdrawal, the Buyer must return the ordered product to the Seller immediately, but no later than 14 days from the communication of the withdrawal statement.

If the Buyer exercises the right of withdrawal, the Seller must refund all payments received from the Buyer, including the delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from the Buyer choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by the Seller), without delay and no later than 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal statement. The Seller may withhold the refund until the product has been returned or the Buyer has provided credible proof of return.

The Seller will use the same payment method for the refund as used in the original transaction unless the Buyer expressly agrees otherwise. The Buyer will not incur any additional costs as a result of the refund.

The Buyer may be held liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

Complaint Handling

1.19. Our company is obliged to inform the consumer about the company’s headquarters, the place of complaint handling (if it differs from the place of distribution or sale), and the specific method adapted to the nature of the activity, commercial form, or method. Additionally, the business or customer service mailing address and, if complaints are also received in this way, the electronic mailing address, internet address, and telephone number must be provided.

Miscellaneous Provisions

1.20. The parties shall settle any disputes arising from the contract amicably. If the parties cannot settle the dispute amicably, they shall submit to the jurisdiction of the Pest Central District Court or the Budapest Regional Court, depending on the value of the subject matter.
